I make these pencil cases from 3d spacer foam as a lining so they hold their shape well and spring back once held.
The top layer is either cotton fabric or polyester fabric depending on the design you choose. Some are made from bought fabric and others are designed and printed by me. Either fabric has been adhered to the lining using wonderunder fusible web to work as one piece of fabric. The lining is not loose.
The zipper is #5 nylon coil zipper with a long decorative pull. Either silver or gold to compliment the case. Some cases I have in stock will have been made with a #3 nylon coil zipper but this is ample for the job.
They measure 9” in length and are approximately 2” square. They hold at least 30 pencils but could hold a number of school or office supplies.
